Francesco Tripi: your expert guide in the heart of the Mediterranean
Francesco grew up in Palermo with the sea in his eyes and heart. As a child, he sailed with his father and soon discovered a passion that would become the core of his life. After a classical education and a law degree, he chose to return to the sea—bringing with him discipline, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
With over 10 years of experience as captain of catamarans and monohulls from 38 to 62 feet, Francesco has sailed for leading charter companies such as 20Nodi, SailingSicily, Elisea, and Seafolk. He holds a nautical license without limits, Yacht Master Offshore, STCW, PPR, and RYA SRC certifications. His expertise ranges from private cruises to weekly charters and full vessel management.
On board, Francesco is more than just a skipper—he’s a calm and reliable presence, always attentive to safety and guest comfort. He speaks fluent English and Spanish, creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere even among strangers, and turns every stretch of sea into a lasting memory.
